HELP is committed to offering quality, culturally sensitive services that are accessible, comprehensive, and affordable. Medicaid, Medicare, and most private health insurance are accepted.
Primary Care
HELP provides the highest quality of primary care services delivered by Board Certified physicians experienced in treating HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis C, Diabetes, Asthma, Substance Use Disorder (including medication assisted treatment for nicotine, alcohol, and opioids) and co-occurring behavioral health, and other chronic medical conditions.
Medical services are provided in a holistic person-centered manner with the goal of prevention, early diagnosis, treatment, and management of chronic conditions to optimize health and well-being. Specialty services and follow-up are coordinated with local hospitals, health, and supportive services providers. HELP’s staff throughout all programs coordinate services with the patient’s primary care provider, at HELP and external primary care practices

Mental Health & Wellness Counseling Center
HELP provides a full-range of mental health services, including individual and group counseling and psychiatric evaluation, psycho-pharmacology, and medication management to address mental health needs, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, co-occurring substance use disorder, trauma recovery and PTSD, grief and bereavement, and intensive outpatient services. Individual, group, couples and family therapy in English and Spanish.

Chemical Dependency Services - Individual & Group Counseling
HELP provides a full-range of mental health services, including individual and group counseling and psychiatric evaluation, psycho-pharmacology, and medication management to address mental health needs, including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, co-occurring substance use disorder, trauma recovery and PTSD, grief and bereavement, and intensive outpatient services. Individual, group, couples, and family therapy in English and Spanish.
HELP provides individual and group counseling services to individuals with substance use disorder. Services are provided by experienced, credentialed, and licensed counselors in consultation with board certified doctors who are available for medication assistance.

Chemical Dependency Services - Medication Assistance
HELP provides medication assisted treatment interventions to individuals with substance use disorder. Medication is prescribed in conjunction with individual and group counseling to empower and develop healthy lives. Services are designed to ensure individual’s needs are met with medical supervision from addiction medicine board certified doctors and counseling specialists.

Ambulatory Medical Detoxification
HELP offers discreet ambulatory detoxification for all substances, including: opiates (including opiate-based prescriptions), alcohol, nicotine, and anti-anxiety medications.
The goals of Ambulatory Medical Detoxification are to decrease and prevent the chance of medical complications of withdrawal, provide comfort and support during the detoxification process, and to assist the patient in developing skills required to maintain abstinence, with coordination to ongoing supportive services.
