Harlem East Life Plan Gives Back: 400 Meals Shared With the East Harlem Community
Harlem East Life Plan proudly came together as a family to give back to the community we love. Last week, our team celebrated the spirit of service by distributing 400 meals to our patients and neighbors throughout East Harlem. The event brought smiles, warm conversations, and a renewed sense of unity as staff, volunteers, and community members gathered to support one another.
